Mix milk with eggs, caster sugar, inverted sugar and salt.
Sift Flour with baking powder and potato starch.
Incorporate sieved dried ingredients with egg/sugar mixture.
Finish off by adding liquid clarified butter that has been melted to 35c and oil.
Once the cake mix is done, fold in chopped Inspiration Strawberry.
Pipe the dough in muffin cups and bake at 170c for ____ mins.
