Jivara is the first milk chocolate to offer a remarkably forceful flavor experience with real cocoa bite. This couverture broke down barriers for what a milk chocolate can be. Jivara is a blend of two aromatic profiles found in classic Ecuadorian and Ghanaian cocoas. The same unique blend has been faithfully followed since 1995, having been developed with true skill and expertise.
